Finally, the post that I've been putting off, only because that means that I have returned to the States and that my trip to Ecuador is now only a memory!
This summer, I had the amazing opportunity to study abroad in Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands for three and a half weeks. I took 7 credit hours in Evolution, Tropical Biodiversity, and Biodiversity of the Galapagos. I've decided that a picture is worth a thousand words, so what I'm going to do is post several slideshows separated by location. Hope that you as my readers can grasp the full effect of this amazing trip in just a few pictures! There are more details about my trip and the places we stayed in my updated post from before the trip:

I'll end this post with my most memorable moment from the trip: when the plane started flying over the Galapagos Islands. I started crying immediately and didn't stop until we got to our hotel rooms. This trip was the most amazing thing I've done in my life thus far, and I will NEVER ever forget the invaluable experiences I had. I hope to someday return to Ecuador and the Galapagos, and I hope that will be someday soon!
Sincerely,
T
P.S. I apologize that some of the pictures are sideways and upside down...
